Full Home Inspection
A home inspection is the first step towards understanding the condition of the home that you are buying or selling. This type of inspection is commonly referred to as a buyer’s inspection. It is a visual examination and basic performance evaluation of the major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. “To use a medical analogy, think of a home inspection as a general check-up and not a comprehensive, x-ray exam.”
Following the inspection, you will be given a home inspection report. The report will include high-quality photos, videos, notes, and other general information about the home
and our findings.
Pool and Spa
Your pool takes a lot of maintenance and up-keep to keep it running the way it should. We’ll make sure you don’t have any leaks or safety hazards. With our pool inspection, you can be sure that your pool is safe, clean and ready for fun.
One Year Warranty Inspection
The inspection report is a useful tool you can use to have conversations with your builder’s representatives and request they repair any defects that are covered in the builder’s warranty. The report will also give you a great list of home maintenance tips and recommendations to keep your investment in good condition moving forward. It is an investment in protecting the investment you’ve already made in your new home. The cost of a one-year builder warranty inspection is a small price to pay for the peace of mind you’ll have living in your new home for years to come.
Mobile/Manufactured Home Inspection
Just like our residential home inspections, we will cover a list of areas to make sure that everything is up to code for your mobile or manufatured home

This inspection is designed to ensure that the beams, posts, studs, and other structural components are installed properly. Severed plates
